Are you getting information about our offers?
We regularly advertise special offers for customers, in collaboration with our partners. In some cases, customers may not receive information about such offers or benefits because they have declined to receive notifications from the Bank. It’s easy to change this choice in Landsbankinn’s app or online banking.
Among offers the Bank has communicated through email recently
- In October, Icelandair offered Landsbankinn customers who collect Icelandair Saga Points with payment cards from the Bank a 30% discount on air fares to select destinations.
- In September, PLAY offered Landsbankinn customers who collect Aukakrónur a 25% discount on air fares to select destinations.
- We sent out information about Landsbankinn’s recreation grants for elementary school kids and about the Plúskort game, where the Bank and Visa offered a trip to music festival Way Out West as a prize.
- New parents, who are Landsbankinn customers, are offered an ISK 5,000 new arrivals gift to a Framtíðargrunnur savings account in the child’s name.
Easy to change settings in the app and online banking
Customers who have opted out of notifications about offers and the Bank’s services can change this in the app or online banking. In the app, go to Settings and select Monitoring. There, check the box that indicates that you allow notifications with email, to your phone or other communication channels. In online banking, go to Settings and make the same changes. While we send out information about exciting offers and various benefits, we are also careful not to send too many notifications.
Please also note that it’s important to register correct contact details, such as phone numbers and emails.
