Ac­quis­i­tion by Lands­bankinn of own shares un­der a buy­back pro­gramme - end of ac­quis­i­tion peri­od

Community grants in the total amount of ISK 15 million were awarded from Landsbankinn’s Community Fund on 19 December 2024. A total of 35 initiatives received financial support this year. The projects are varied and benefit people of all ages and throughout Iceland.

We warn against phishing emails that have been sent in the name of the Icelandic Tax Authority (Skatturinn). The email, which is in Icelandic, claims that the tax authorities have updated your tax return information and instructs you to access these details through the Skatturinn service portal by clicking a link included in the email.

Landsbankinn’s branches and Customer Service Centre will be closed on Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and on New Year’s Day. On New Year’s Eve, the Bank is open until 12:00, which means that branches that generally open at 12:00 are closed that day. General opening hours apply on other days.
