We are here to help

Due to restrictions on gatherings, customers must make appointments to visit branches and for corporate banking service.
4 October 2020

We encourage customers to use the phone, online banking and Landsbankinn’s app as much as possible. A significant amount of banking business can be tended to through these channels, quickly and easily.

Appointments to visit branches and phone consultations can be made through the Bank’s website. Appointments can usually be made for the same day. We ask customers not to make appointments for branch visits unless the matter is urgent and cannot be tended to through other channels.

Appointments to visit branches and for corporate services are a necessary response to the government’s tightened restrictions on gatherings. They enter into effect on Monday morning, 5 October 2020, and extend to all Landsbankinn branches, the Corporate Banking Service Centre and services offered out of Vehicle & Equipment Financing in Borgartún 33, Reykjavík.

  • Customers can tend to almost all banking business themselves through Landsbankinn’s app, online banking and the Bank’s website.
  • To make an appointment to visit a branch or request a service call, visit the Bank’s website, contact the Customer Service Centre by calling +354 410 4000 or email landsbankinn@landsbankinn.is.
  • We encourage customers who need assistance or are unused to electronic solutions to contact us.
  • Most Landsbankinn’s ATMs are accessible around the clock. The location and distance to the nearest ATM is available in Landsbankinn’s app.
