If the card is lost, please contact Landsbankinn's Customer Service Centre immediately by calling +354 410 4000 to close the card. In order to close the card, it is necessary to know its number. If the card holder does not know the card number, the purchaser might. If the card number is not known, it cannot be closed and the balance is lost.

 Once a card has been closed, only the purchaser can transfer the balance to a new card.

No, each card can only be deposited to once. Once the pre-paid amount has been used up, the card is cancelled.

The maximum amount for deposit to Landsbankinn's gift cards is ISK 200,000. There is no minimum amount. Note that a gift card costs ISK 540 with a 50% discount offered to customers. Depositing very low amounts to gift cards is not cost effective.
